Green Festivals? Are you Green?
Today marks the beginning of this year's Green Festival in San Franscisco. Green Festivals are incredible events hosted in cities on the east and west coast as well as the midwest. The event brings together activists, writers, and industry professionals to discuss and analze the state of eco-responsiveness. If you missed your chance at festival SF, fear not several other dates are coming up around the country.

Eneloop Batteries : The Future of Batteries
I cannot say enough good things about the Eneloop battery. Not only is eneloop rechargeable (up to 1000 charges), but they are also recyclable at the time when they can no longer hold a charge. I had reservations about trying Eneloop batteries. In the past, I've experienced rapid deterioration of the cell resulting in batteries that no longer hold their charge. This does not seem to be the case with Eneloop. We tested the battery taxing it through a Canon 5D, using the AA battery convertor.
The Eneloop stood up in the 5D better than any other battery we've tried. In addition, to a good life and green qualities, i have to love Eneloop because it is beautiful too. Design is important and Sayno has taken into account the need for everything in our lives to be well designed.
