Open Content Alliance: The Ultimate Library

Boston Public Library and Smithsonian have snubbed Google and Microsoft in favor of the Open Content Alliance. The idea behing OCA is to create an Open Library system on the internet cataloging all of the textual knowledge in all the libraries of the world.
